Healthy Breakfast – Everyone Every Day

Ingredients

  1. Two (2) tablespoons of cornflakes
  2. Seven (7) – ten (10) strawberries (cut into small pieces)
  3. One (1) banana (finely chopped)
  4. Handful of almonds, walnuts and raisins (finely chopped)
  5. One (1) teaspoon Honey
  6. Half cup milk
  7. One bottle Yakult Light

Method

Take a bowl. Pour the boiled and cooled milk into it. Add cornflakes, strawberries and banana, nuts and one bottle of Yakult Light. Mix gently. In case you want it sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey and there – you have your breakfast ready !!!
